There is a relatively new feature in the trunk that allows you to choose which
occurrence of the field you want to display.  In this case you would want to
choose the 1st occurrence.  You can try it out with an automated build from
http://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win32/.

Closing as fixed (in trunk).  Since this is a new feature, I don't think this
will ever be backported to the 1.2.x release.

BTW, why is a host sending ICMP messages about ICMP messages in the first
place?  From the 4th paragraph of the Introduction of RFC 792
(http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc792):

   The ICMP messages typically report errors in the processing of
   datagrams.  To avoid the infinite regress of messages about messages
   etc., no ICMP messages are sent about ICMP messages.
