Add an item for IEEE 802.11 vendor specific subtypes
This is my preferred version of the generic vendor specific subtype item, i.e.,
one without a list of OUIs. While in theory, this could show the subtype field
for a vendor specific IE that does not have such a field, no such IE format has
been seen so far and I have no particular reason to believe such to pop up in
the future either taken into account that all current examples are using
one-octet subtype. The benefit of this version is that there is no need to
modify wireshark for any new vendor OUI/subtype before being able to filter
based on existence of such IE in a frame.
This is an alternative to the attachment 5376 and obviously only one of these
should be applied.
