Wireshark crashes when "Follow TCP Stream" is selected from the right-click
popup menu from the main packet window. This does not occur at 1.4.0. The
"filter_te = g_object_get_data(G_OBJECT(w), E_DFILTER_TE_KEY);" call at line
168 of follow_tcp.c fails to load the addr of the filter textbox widget.

Selecting "/Conversation Filter/TCP" from the same popup works but the filter
box doesn't get updated with the TCP conversation filter for the same reason
(menus.c, frame 389 in conversation_cb).

It looks like we're missing a 'g_object_set_data(G_OBJECT(popup_menu_object),
E_DFILTER_TE_KEY,...' in each case.
