hi,

afaik addresses with 0 digits are needed by some protocols.
isup standard says nothing about it but i saw at least in camel -
documents that it's explicitly needed.
here also was written that the isup standard makes no restrictions...

the trace is not really inap.
it's a propriatary version.
we are working on a special dissector where addresses with 0 digits are
possible (like in camel).
there is one additional parameter after the address.
if the isup address dissection will be skipped (i.e. only using the 
octett string) the next parameter will be shown correctly. at least with
the first version of our dissector.
i have not found a 'clean' trace that can be used with wireshark as it
is :-(
