I don't have a Win64 environment at all, but I moved libwsutil forward in the
list of libraries in rev 34081.  Can someone give it a try by using an
automated build (with revision 34081 or later) from:

http://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win64/

(It may take a couple of hours for the build to show up.)

If it works, I can schedule this change to be backported to the 1.4 branch for
1.4.1 .
