Problem Description:
======================
If you go to "Save As" and select the "Displayed" radio button under "Packet
Range" and save out the capture it is getting saved as the incorrect file
format. In my case the file type was "Microsoft NetMon 2.x" but was actually
saved as a "K12 Text File". The other odd thing is that once you have done the
"Save As" if you try to do it again "Microsoft NetMon 2.x" is no longer in the
list and if you try and save to another format you can get a variety of strange
behavior.

I was using a Netmon 3.3 capture at the time but it could affect other formats
as well.

Steps to reproduce:
I am using Netmon 2.x for this test
======================
1. Load any Netmon 3.x capture file
2. Go to File->Save As
3. Click the "Displayed" radio button under "Packet Range".
   Note: Doesn't matter if you have a display filter or not.
4. Save out the file.
5. Open the now saved file in a new instance of Wireshark.
6. Go to "Statistics->Summary"
7. Note that the file format is K12 Text File
8. If you quickly go back to "Save As" and try this again you will note that
the NetMon 2.x file format is no longer in the list.
9. If you try saving to another format you can get a few strange errors /
behavior.
