IAX2 trunk packet patch (verbose comments)

without c-ares, without ADNS, with Lua 5.1, without Python, without GnuTLS,
with
Gcrypt 1.4.4, with MIT Kerberos, without GeoIP, with PortAudio V19-devel (built
Jul 28 2009), without AirPcap, with new_packet_list.

Running on Linux 2.6.32.10-90.fc12.x86_64, with libpcap version 1.0.0, with
libz
1.2.3, Gcrypt 1.4.4.

Built using gcc 4.4.3 20100127 (Red Hat 4.4.3-4).

This patch modifies the IAX2 dissector to support trunk packets (minipackets
within packets). Miniframes with and without timestamp are supported as
described in RFC 5456.

It has been fuzz tested on 80 MiB pcap.

Comments are appreciated, I'll gladly fix any issues found.

Also, what is needed to make stream analysis work with trunk calls?
