I added find_or_create_conversation(pinfo) in rev 32790 (as Didier suggested).

About conversation_new() without find_conversation(): I don't know.  As Didier
said TCP will always create a conversation by the time bittorrent, for example,
sees it.  I'm not very familiar enough with conversations to know what that
means.
