Yeah, at least part of the problem is that, if you're typing in the location
bar, nothing is selected and attempting to get the current file name gives you
a null pointer, rather than what's been typed.
For now, I'll #if 0/#endif out the code that makes the Open button insensitive,
with a comment noting why we're doing that. I'll leave the bug open, as
1) we might want to be able to disable the Open button when there's nothing
in the location bar
and
2) Bill Meier reported some problems with removing the
gtk_dialog_set_response_sensitive() call.
