Updated patch.

The updated patch allows the Linux USB pseudo header hex bytes to be shown. But
the pseudo header, once read and bytes swapped if needed by wiretap, is no
longer treated like a pseudo header but as regular payload bytes.

Please note, I have not touched the pcapng file yet because of a couple of
reasons:
-> I'm not entirely sure what I've done to libpcap is acceptable or not, so
awaiting some feedback.
-> I haven't examined pcapng closely enough yet.
-> Not sure if the atm_guess_xyz_type() related calls are applicable to pcapng
or not. They would seem to be, but for now, I have not made them common.
Thoughts?
-> Ran out of time to work on this right now.

Anyway, pcapng will need some modifications too. If the patch is acceptable so
far, I can look into what it'll take for pcapng to work too once I have time or
if anyone is more comfortable with pcapng than I am, then please feel free to
make the necessary changes. :)
