This is a patch to gui_utils.c's tree_view_key_pressed_cb() to allow the new
packetlist to respond to left/right keystrokes.
This is not an optimal patch as left/right scrolling of packetlist does not
necessarily occur until several left or right keypresses have occured. But
this patch does restore some of the missing keystroke functionality for the new
packetlist and doesn't appear to introduce any new regressions with either the
new or old packetlist.
