I have made a patch for the main dictionary file, i.e. dictionary.xml,
according to both IANA assignment and 3GPP TS29.212 v9.1.0 (now Rel9 2009-12).
The application id=16777224 3GPP Gx as 3GPP TS29.210 is now obsolete.
I have made a remark in the patch.
