Prevent RUA column information from being clobbered by RANAP
COL_INFO is now RUA for RUA without RANAP or RUA/RANAP for RUA with a RANAP-PDU
COL_INFO is now fenced to prevent RANAP from clobbering it
Typical display now shows both the RUA procedure and the encapsulated RANAP
procedure ie.
RUA/RANAP id-Connect id-InitialUE-Message
This is especially useful if the subsequent message is the same RANAP message
on the other side of the HNB-GW
Error_Indication PDUs now maintain the id-Error_Indication as the procedure
type regardless of RANAP behaviour
SCTP port is configurable and defaults to 29169 (IANA), this allows RUA with a
different SCTP Protocol Payload Id to be decoded by Port
