Thanks, the sort now works correctly.

I changed the summary line to reflect that there are still some GeoIP issues,
namely:
1) The non-UTF8 characters not displaying properly.
2) The double-latitude column for the Country.
3) Postal, metro and zip code information not being displayed, although this
one could be opened as a separate enhancement bug if this bug would otherwise
be closed once the first 2 issues are fixed.
