Currently the ability for tshark to report packet arrival time in epoch format
is restricted to the packet summary line by using the -t e option: e.g.

  tshark -r MYTRACE.PCAP -t e

The attached patch enhances epan/dissectors/packet-frame.c to add a new
filterable field named "frame.time_epoch".

This patch will allow the packet arrival time to be reported in epoch time
using the -T fields and -e FIELDNAME options: e.g.

  tshark -r MYTRACE.PCAP -T fields -e frame.number -e frame.time_epoch [...]

A new boolean "Frame" preference "Generate an epoch time entry for each frame"
was added to optionally disable this new field. The generation of the
frame.time_epoch field is enabled by default. The current configured
preference may be overridden on wireshark/tshark program startup with the -o
option: e.g.

   wireshark -o 'frame.generate_epoch_time:FALSE'
