When creating a preference in Lua, the internal name of the pref cannot contain
an upper case character.

E.g. for protocol "test_proto",

  test_proto.prefs.Value = Pref.uint("Value", 42, "Arbitrary value")

causes Wireshark to crash on startup (with the always-helpful MSVC "Runtime
Error!" dialog) but

  test_proto.prefs.value = Pref.uint("Value", 42, "Arbitrary value")

works just fine.

It's a minor bug with an easy workaround (just don't use caps), BUT it's very
subtle, so if you get bitten by it you could spend quite a while tracking down
the problem.
