The 802.11n rate MCS7 is wrongly reported as 19.5Mb/s instead of 65 as it
should be. It is reported the same as MCS2 which can be confusing.
The byte in the packet cap which this is tied to seems to be correct though
(0x82)
See the attached capture file for a sniff of all the MCS rates (in order).
Look at the end for the MCS7 rate that is reported as 19.5Mb/s.
