Hi,

In manuf there's at least:
00:16:2F        Geutebrück             # Geutebrück GmbH

but epan/addr_resolv.c:add_manuf_name() calls
g_strlcpy(tp->name,name,MAXMANUFLEN) and generates invalid UTF8 strings.

MAXMANUFLEN is 9
