Attached is a trivial patch gtk/prefs_column.c to augment the message at the
top of the Columns preference dialog to alert users that they can use Drag and
Drop to change column order.
This patch was suggested by reporter of bug #3991 and its "need" reinforced by
reporter of bug #4098.
