Would Boolean fields be more appropriate?

So, for example
+       { &hf_gsm_a_codec_tdma_efr,
+               { "TDMA EFR", "gsm_a.codec.tdma_efr",
+               FT_UINT8, BASE_HEX, NULL, 0x80,
+               NULL, HFILL }
would become
+       { &hf_gsm_a_codec_tdma_efr,
+               { "TDMA EFR", "gsm_a.codec.tdma_efr",
+               FT_BOOLEAN, 8, NULL, 0x80,
+               NULL, HFILL }
