Adds a set_len method to the TreeItem table.

Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

The Lua API does not provide access to the proto_item_set_len function. This
makes difficult to implement dissectors for protocols whose packets may contain
variable length structures.
