The Display Filter in File->Open is overwritten by the filename you use for
File->Save As. This is 100% reproducible:

1) Select File->Open
2) Set Display Filter = "ip"
3) Open any cpature file contain ip packets
4) Select File->Save As "C:\dummy1"
5) Close the current file
6) Select File->Open
- Notice that the Display File is now set to "C:\dummy1"
