This heuristic check makes dissection stop on your packet:

        /* All SNMP packets are BER encoded and consist of a SEQUENCE
         * that spans the entire PDU. The first item is an INTEGER that
         * has the values 0-2 (version 1-3).
         * if not it is not snmp.
         */
