Unfortunately it looks like you based your work on a version of the sflow
dissector before I committed most of v5 on Dec 1st and 2nd 2008. That code has
become part of the 1.2 release. So please take a look at that version or even
better at the version that is at the head of the development branch:

Then select view or download or as text at the very top.

Regarding the traces: I had hoped that you used sample/lab traces instead of
real world traces, so let's just hope that InMon has at least a few sample
traces to share.
