At some point in time in the last few month, DICOM export started to create
invalid DICOM files. Two bytes of the PDV header were wrongly included.

In addition the export failed, if the object was bigger than 2.5 MB.

And finally, the dissector did not detect a packet when packet length was too
small (in static mode, i.e. when port was defined in preferences).

The patch is coming soon and should go into 1.2.
