Did a clean build last night. Now when I try to load a file from the command
line I get the following error

    $ ./wireshark -r ../test_ipfix_capture.pcap
    07:48:04 Err Duplicate protocol name "Light Weight DNS RESolver
(BIND9)"! This might be caused by an inappropriate plugin or a development
error.
    Aborted
    $ ./wireshark ~/src/Captures/customer/1flow.pcap
    07:49:06 Err Duplicate protocol name "Light Weight DNS RESolver
(BIND9)"! This might be caused by an inappropriate plugin or a development
error.
    Aborted

Doesn't seem to matter if I specify -r or not. However, I can start wireshark
without the file to load and then load the file successfully using the GUI.
