One-liner in packet-gsm_a_bssmap.c for LCS Client Type dissect

Running on Windows XP Service Pack 3, build 2600, with WinPcap version 4.0.2
(packet.dll version 4.0.0.1040), based on libpcap version 0.9.5, GnuTLS 2.6.4,

The LCS Client Type parameter in a BSSMAP Perform Location Request is not being
dissected (1.1 trunk).

The LCS Priority and LCS QoS are fine.

I compared LCS Client Type to those two and think
that the wrong values where set.
(Bad description, it's a one line change ;))
