Patch to add wiretap dct3trace, and dissectors for GSM Um and LAPDm

Build Information:
wireshark 1.1.2 (SVN Rev 27102)

Added LAPDm protocol dissector, GSM Um layer, and wiretap support for dct3trace
captures, generated by gammu (many available at http://wiki.thc.org/gsm)

The captures are generated by Nokia DCT3 phones (3310 etc), so this allows
wireshark to display all the signalling messages between the handset and the
network (and uses the existing GSM A dissectors for SMS, call setup etc).

Any comments welcome, I would like this to be added to SVN.
