This is following on from the patch submitted in bug 3012. The work has been
checked using checkhfs and checkAPIs. It has also been fuzz tested.
One thing to note is that though I have tried to keep the changes to the
dissector minimal, due to the nature of header fields, there are minor
differences in the way the tree items are displayed and consequently in the way
PDML output will be generated.
I have not been able to add support for all fields yet... so one or two more
patches will be submitted as time permits.
