This is the right place to ask and thank you for your report.  Are you using
the Wireshark for OS X from the Wireshark.org web site?  It looks like you're
clicking on the Wireshark.app and then it opens a terminal window showing the
commands it is executing, is that right?  The MacOS X packaging files do not
contain any reference to network-bin, so a solution is not immediately obvious.
