I experienced the same issue with Wireshark 1.0.3 (I'm sorry I cannot test
against 1.0.4 currently).

However I have a wireshark log to show the issue.

If the SMTP command queue does not contain a "DATA" command, then the "QUIT"
command is interpreted correctly.
The bug is that when there is a "DATA" command, the following "QUIT" is just
displayed as "DATA fragment, 6 bytes"
