When I setup Wireshark to capture packets to sequential files, once the first
capture file is full and the second starts a dialog comes up on the desktop
with the Red X icon and saying "Closing File! Please wait..." and is never
cleared. Capture continues without any problems but as long as the dialog is
there, the Wireshark window is locked. I cannot stop the capture, close the
window or anything else until I kill the process for the dialog which causes
Wireshark to close.
