Build Information:
We got the packet TCP Window Full and then no packets send from Client to
Server
--
- I got packet with meanings of: TCP Window Full and TCP WindowZero, and from
that point I do not receive any SMPP packet from client to Server.
- Server and Client run SMPP Server and SMPP Client to receive message from
client.
- We have changed below param but still can not fix this issue:

Tham so hien tai:
            net.core.rmem_max = 262144
            net.core.wmem_default = 262144
            net.core.wmem_max = 262144

Thay doi thanh:
            net.core.rmem_default = 16777216
            net.core.rmem_max = 16777216
            net.core.wmem_default = 16777216
            net.core.wmem_max = 16777216

Please support do we have any other way to change parameters to fix the issue
that Server send packets TCP Windows Full and TCP WindowZero to Client?
