enhancement to stun and stun2 dissection

Compiled with GTK+ 2.12.9, with GLib 2.16.3, with libpcap 0.9.8, with libz
1.2.3.3, without POSIX capabilities, without libpcre, without SMI, without
ADNS,
with Lua 5.1, without GnuTLS, without Gcrypt, without Kerberos, without
PortAudio, without AirPcap.
NOTE: this build doesn't support the "matches" operator for Wireshark filter
syntax.

Running on Linux 2.6.24-1-486, with libpcap version 0.9.8.

Built using gcc 4.3.1.

- Added dissection of SOURCE-ADDRESSES, PEER-ADDRESSES and
      TRANSACTION-IDS.
- Update for turn-09
- New attribute: ICMP and REQUESTED-PROPS
- Removed BANDWIDTH and REQUESTED-PORT-PROPS attributes
- Renamed RELAY-ADDRESS to RELAYED-ADDRESS.
- Added decoding of class/method/assignment for STUN message type.
- Added decoding of comprehension/assignment for attribute type.
- Dissects the message type.
- Now uses the real methods and classes values.
- Renamed SERVER to SOFTWARE.
- Fixed the request mask (vendor defined method incorrectly
      displayed).
- Fixed the Exclude and Include method codepoints.
- Added Icmp method and ICMP attribute dissecting.
- STUN, STUN2 request and answers now matched up using the
      transaction ID
- STUN, STUN2 retransmission handling
- STUN2 XOR IPv6 handling
- added TURN channel dissector
- TURN channel and STUN2 data send indication data are now passed to
given subdissectors (SIP, RTP, RTCP, TFTP)
