I can certainly can provide details of the bug as it appears in various places
in the code (in slightly different ways).

Is it possible that that he might be able to do the fixes needed ? :)

I think that someone familiar with the details of NCP will undoubtedly be able
to fix the code and test the fixes with less effort than it will take me.
