my OS is Win XP SP2 Simplified Chinese Edition
wireshark always crashed on my OS while exporting data with non-english
file names,
because varialbe file is NULL.
the open function should use file name with ansi encoding, not utf8
encoding.
the type of file_name is TCHAR, so we can open file with _topen function.
i try to convert file name to utf8 string.
but the dialog shows the file name incorrectly, when the open operation
failed.
i am not farmiliar with GTK :(
check the patch for details.
