Anyway the problem is more prevalent than in just this dissector.

Personally I find strncat() to be basically worthless and, worse yet, it gives
false security (people often think the 'n' in the function name makes it memory
safe).  Should we ban this function, too?  We have our own 'g_strlcat()' for
Glib-1 builds so we can use that everywhere instead.
