Update DirectPlay header parsing

Built using gcc 4.1.3 20070929 (prerelease) (Ubuntu 4.1.2-16ubuntu2).

Hi folks.

Now that Microsoft has released documentation for the DirectPlay protocol, it's
time to get this dissector into a better shape.

I've been using a git-svn import of the wireshark svn tree, so patches will
have to be applied with -p1. If that's inconvenient, I can rediff against plain
svn.
