Hi,
Created a .pcap file with text2pcap -l 148 Bug2140.txt bug2140.pcap and tied
DLT148 to MTP3. As far as I can tell a lenght of 0 is wrong and the maximum
payload of a XUDT message is 0xff unless PARAMETER_LONG_DATA is used(?).

Any way I see no error in Wireshark.
