Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

This adds basic support for NFSv4.1, as of about draft 13 of the spec.  The
protocol is not completely finished yet, so future patches will be needed to
bring it up to date, but it may take a while before we're sure the protocol is
frozen, and in the meantime we'd rather have incomplete support in wireshark
than none.
