Hello -

I would like to understand why the file located at the above URL is not able to
be opened in Wireshark 0.99.6a.  I am able to open this file in versions of
Ethereal, and would like to know what the main "reason" is for this file not
being able to be opened (down to the specific packet that is seen to be cut
short).
