IIRC, my experiments with rpcap support revealed problems with the
pcap_dispatch (is this the right name, I can't remember) function. In fact, the
last time I've tried RPCAP with WinPcap 3.x I simply didn't get any packets
while capturing, without changing the capture loop.

AFAIK, this was fixed in WinPcap 4.x, so there's no reason I can see to not
support RPCAP. However, I didn't had a look at this actual patch, so I cannot
say if it's "implemented well".
