Thanks for the sample capture!  What I see is that 192.0.0.1 sent a RST to
1.0.0.1, then 1.0.0.1 set up the connection again and the hosts started
communicating once again.  The segment in packet #22 is being considered a
possible retransmission of segment in packet #14.  The problem appears on the
surface to be that the TCP Analysis code did not realize that the FIN closed
the connection, right?
