Starting in Wireshark version 0.99.6 the "Delta Time" displayed in the Packet
List window no longer display the "delta" time between the frames displayed
when a "filter" is used.  In my attached screen shot of capture v4.snoop.
0_99_5_delta_time.png, the capture is filtered using filter "nfs".  This is a
screen shot of Wireshark 0.99.5.  Frame 275 shows a Delta of 2.870799 seconds
from  the previous frame in the filtered view, frame 213.

In screen shot 0_99_6_delta_time.png, frame 275 shows a Delta time of 0.002026
which is actaully the Delta time from the previous frame, frame 274, which does
not show up in the "filtered" view.

Have the Delta time show the delta times between the frames in a filtered
viewed is a powerful tool and an important part of how our Protocol Analysis
Group uses  the Delta time option.  So important that this bug has caused us to
go back to Wireshark 0.99.5 until this is fixed.
