libpcap version 0.9[.x] on Windows XP Service Pack 2, build 2600.

Dear Whom may concerned. 

Can't decode CAP message,When I captured message between MSC Server and Media
Gateway that used IP/SCTP/M3UA/SCCP/CAP stack. Enclosed with example CAP_IDP
message and IDP.TXT massage that decoded by Tektronik K15.
