Ah, an interesting feature, slightly different from my imagine, but sounds
good.
I only thought about something like
MAIL="pop smtp"
DNS="DNS MDNS NBNS BROWSER"
and then defining a filter rule like rule="${MAIL} && ! ${DNS}"
