I can no longer reproduce the loop in 0.99.5, but now there's
a UI buglet.

When expanding lines in the packet decode window the first click
on the "+" brings up the progress dialog but the line doesn't expand.
You have to click on the "+" again to expand the line.

Also, when collapsing a line the entire packet is reparsed, causing 
the progress dialog to reappear and take several seconds to go away.
