When selection the options control from any interface from the dialog control
generated from the "Main Menu" Bar ->List the available capture interface
button, an extranneous  dialog appears behind the available interface dialog.
This dialog has an international not sign and a cancel button which must be
pressed before the main dialog can be dismissed. The his problem can be
replicated as follows:

Selected "List available interfaces" (first button left) from the main menu.
Select "Options" from any interface.

Two correct options dialog will appear with the abhorrent dialog behind it (top
left). This dialog must be dismissed prior to the options dialog. Partially
modal behavior.
