Is dumpcap capable of checking that its related Wireshark instance is gone?
That would be the preferable way to do it. Imagine a platform with multiple
instances of wireshark+dumpcap and individual dumpcaps running (oke, it's a
stretch, but possible ;) then only the dumpcap for the failing Wireshark should
exit.
