Thanks for providing the sample capture with SDP. It shows that Wireshark is
capable of handling H.264 packet type for RTP payload.
The indication "Payload type: H.264 (99)" does mean equality, but limited to
the scope of this part of the session. That is what the stream setup
information is for. In fact every payload type is (can be) deduced, with
several defaults available. No need to indicate that further.
Using Version 0.99.6 (SVN Rev 21731), applying a different payload type for
RFC2198 does make a difference in the decoding of the payload.
